my BOTOX® always turns out SO good… natural, smooth, and exactly what i wanted. she has such an eye for aesthetics and never makes me feel overdone.
BOTOX® is $14 a unit here, so your total comes from the units your treatment takes. A per-unit price alone can still mislead, because BOTOX® units can’t be compared with another brand’s.
If you’ll be coming back regularly, our VIP membership is $99 a month and brings BOTOX® down to $12 a unit. It has a six-month minimum to avoid cancellation fees.
Planning BOTOX® with friends? You can host a BOTOX® party for five guests or more, with a $50 deposit per guest that goes toward their treatment. With eight or more guests, each pays $11 a unit. The host gets 50% off her own treatment, or pays nothing for it if 10 or more guests each have 30 units or more.
If she doesn’t think you need something, she will be honest and will thoroughly explain her reasoning.
I know they say the best injectable is undetectable, which is true.
Ilene takes a conservative approach. She aims for lines that look softer, not erased, and she’d rather use a little less than a little too much.
Before anything goes in, she tells you how much she suggests for your lines, and where. If more wouldn’t suit you, you’ll hear that too. Sometimes the honest answer is no, and Ilene will give it.
She’s precise, and knows how to bring out the best in you without ever doing too much - and she’ll tell you if you’re going too much.
She takes the time to really listen to what I want and always keeps my results looking natural and never overdone.
Using BOTOX® anywhere else is off-label, which means the FDA hasn’t approved it there. Ask Ilene about any other area at your first conversation.
BOTOX® and filler do different jobs. BOTOX® works on the muscle behind lines that show when you move; filler adds fullness. For lost fullness, see our dermal filler treatments.

Ilene began as a registered nurse in a cardiothoracic ICU. She has been injecting since 2018, first at other med spas, then at Peace Love Tox, which she opened in February 2024. She owns the practice and is the only one who treats you, so every BOTOX® injection here is hers.
Her approach is conservative, and she’s very honest. If BOTOX® isn’t right for you, or she thinks something else would suit you better, she’ll say so.
Send a question online and she’ll usually call you back rather than text, since talking it through is more personal. Away from the practice, she’s a mom to three girls and two English bulldogs.
Very confident and precise in her injecting.
I just started seeing Ilene for tox and filler! Let me tell you I haven’t been this happy with my tox in almost 2-3 years!
I’ve had filler and toxin at Peace, Love, Tox and each time I love the results!!
Always so happy with my results.
BOTOX® is temporary, so it means repeat visits and repeat cost, no closer than every three months, timed with Ilene. The change isn’t immediate. A bruise, a headache, or a drooping eyelid or brow can happen.
Every botulinum toxin also carries the FDA’s strongest warning, a boxed warning, explained below.
Before any treatment, you’ll tell Ilene about your health and all your medicines, including over-the-counter ones and supplements.
Call Ilene with a health question before you book.
If you want someone that will be real with you, she is your girl.
The boxed warning says the effect of BOTOX® may spread from where it was injected, hours to weeks later. It’s the FDA’s strongest warning, and it’s on every botulinum toxin product. Signs include:
Swallowing and breathing problems can be life threatening, and deaths have been reported. The label notes no confirmed serious case of spread when BOTOX® Cosmetic was used at its recommended dose for the approved lines.
If you have weakness, vision problems, or dizziness in the hours or weeks after, don’t drive or do anything risky. Any of these signs means calling for medical help right away, and trouble breathing or swallowing means emergency care.
Where the needle goes in, you may have pain, tenderness, swelling, redness, or a bruise. These effects of the injections themselves tend to be mild and temporary, and a bruise lasts about a week.
Side effects usually show up in the first week. Many pass, though some can last months. The Medication Guide also lists dry mouth, tiredness, neck pain, eye problems including dry eyes, and allergic reactions.
Tell Ilene about any side effect that bothers you or doesn’t go away.
It can. If the medicine weakens a nearby muscle, a brow can feel heavy or an eyelid can droop. It’s usually temporary, and it was among the most common side effects in the trials.
If your eyelids already droop, or your brows feel heavy or hard to raise, tell Ilene before treatment. Afterward, don’t rub the treated spots. If a droop does appear, call us.
BOTOX® isn’t for you if you:
It isn’t recommended for anyone under 18.
Tell Ilene first if you:
She is so knowledgeable, professional, and especially helpful for someone new to treatments like me.
On the BOTOX® label, the dose is 20 units for frown lines, 24 for crow’s feet, and 20 for forehead lines, given along with 20 for frown lines. Those are the label’s doses, not yours: Ilene sets your units for your face and your goals. BOTOX® units can’t be compared with, or converted into, another brand’s units.
The BOTOX® label covers treatment no closer than every three months, since more often hasn’t been studied, and it doesn’t speak to years of use. In three crow’s-feet trials of 916 people, 1.5% developed antibodies that bind to it, and none developed the kind that block it. More frequent or higher doses may raise that chance. Ilene plans the timing of your next treatment with you.
BOTOX® works on the muscle behind lines that show when you move, like frowning or squinting. Filler adds fullness under the skin. Many faces have both kinds of lines, so you may need one, the other, or both. That’s what Ilene looks at with you.
Softer lines, and still your own face. That’s what Ilene aims for, and she’ll tell you when it’s enough.
The first step is small. Call us, or ask a question online and Ilene will usually call you back. Wondering about price? She’ll go over what decides yours.
Worth the drive to Chagrin to see her!
