Liquid rhinoplasty reshapes the nose with hyaluronic acid filler instead of surgery. It can smooth a small bump on the bridge, lift a slightly drooping tip, add height to a flat bridge or even out asymmetry. After numbing cream, treatment takes about 30 to 45 minutes. You see the change right away, and refinements settle over one to two weeks. Any mild swelling, redness or bruising usually fades within a few days, and the filler can be adjusted or dissolved if needed.
It can’t make a nose smaller, fix breathing problems or correct major structural issues. If that’s your goal, Ilene will tell you honestly, and a surgical consultation is the better next step.
Ilene specializes in facial balancing and has a special love for lips. She uses Juvederm, a family of hyaluronic acid fillers, to add lip volume and shape, restore cheek and midface volume, soften smile and marionette lines, and define the chin and jawline. A Juvederm appointment takes 30 to 60 minutes. The change is visible straight away, with mild swelling or bruising possible while it settles. Depending on the formulation and the area, dermal fillers typically last 6 to 18 months.
Botox relaxes the muscles behind forehead lines, the “11” lines between the brows and crow’s feet. Appointments take 10 to 20 minutes, results show in three to seven days, and most people return every three to four months. A Botox lip flip relaxes the upper lip so more of its natural shape shows, adding definition without adding volume. Masseter Botox can also ease jaw clenching and slim the lower face. Allow extra time at rush hour. We’re in Suite 150 of the Venture Point building at 7181 Chagrin Rd, Chagrin Falls. Hours are Monday to Wednesday and Friday, 10am to 6pm, and Saturday, 10am to 2pm.
